Sorority Girls Know How To Party

WASHINGTON (Wireless Flash) -- Sorority girls know how to party -- or at least how to throw one.

That's according to Deandra Brooks, co-founder of The Society of Recovering Sorority Girls.

Brooks -- a former sorority girl at American University in Washington, D.C. -- says she and a fellow sorority alum created the website, recoveringsororitygirls.com, to give party tips to the post-college crowd because since she's graduated she's "attended a lot of really bad parties."

You don't need to have sorority experience to know how to throw a rocking party. Brooks picked up her tips by attending `hundreds of parties."

She says you can help partygoers feel at ease with each other by playing a game that requires people to talk to each other and having a menu that fits the time and situation of the fiesta.

Brooks is conducting how-to-party workshops and will be releasing a book of party tips soon.
