WASHINGTON, DC – The Society of Recovering Sorority Girls, through its founders Kristina "Morgan" Rose and Deandra "Brooksie" Brooks, alert wine drinkers to the arrival of le Beaujolais nouveau this Thursday. Morgan and Brooksie encourage wine drinkers to host their own "Le Beaujolais Nouveau Est Arrive " party.

"This Friday or Saturday is the perfect night to host a Beaujolais nouveau wine tasting party," stated Brooksie. "It’s such an easy party – you only need one kind of wine!"

French law prohibits its vinters from releasing le Beaujolais nouveau prior to the third Thursday of November. As a result, wine retailers and some cities have made the release a popular celebration. The Society of Recovering Sorority Girls believes this concept easily extends to home entertaining, and its founders have created a simple, yet upscale party to commemorate the arrival of le Beaujolais nouveau.

"This is an easy event to pull together," adds Morgan. "Simply instruct a short guest list to procure a bottle of le Beaujolais nouveau and report to your home for a tasting. As the host, it’s your responsibility to provide some light snacks that complement the wine. I suggest an array of French breads, cheeses, a fruit platter and some type of chocolate pour le dessert."

Advice for hosting a Beaujolais tasting party is available in The Society of Recovering Sorority Girls’ virtual chapter room a www.recoveringsororitygirls.com, under Celebrate November.
