How large is the hurricane?
If it's fairly
small, I would suggest pulling in another cowboy emblem. However, this is more of a Dallas Cowboys football team emblem -
bright blue confetti stars. It would be a nice contrast to the red and white in the tablecloth, and if they're metallic,
the light from the votive should make them super shiney.
For larger hurricanes, full-size green jalepenos peppers
would likely fit. But that really speaks more Mexican or Tex-Mex theme than cowboy/country western.
